Stitches From Heaven will gladly accept returns on any non-clearance and non-personalized items within 21 days of purchase. The item must be unworn and in new/unused condition. To process your return, please email us at info@stitchesfromheaven.com. Please include your name, order number, contact number, and the reason for the return. We will contact you with further information and instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns/exchanges unless the item is defective or other issues occur for which Stitches From Heaven is at fault. We do not take responsibility or accept returns for personalized orders that have spelling mistakes or wrong dates input by the customer.
