SCREEN PRINTING - Screen printing is the most cost effective way to add decoration, if you are ordering a larger quantity. * * Screen printing is also known as “silk screening”. The process is actually quite interesting. A “vectorized” design is separated by color. A screen is then “burned” with the part of the image for each color – so it is like a stencil. Each ink color and screen is set up and the ink is then forced through the screen (with only the necessary portion of the image allowing ink through). Once the design is complete, a heater sets the ink. Vwaala, you’ve got yourself a custom decorated item.

In order to price out screen printing, we need the following information: 1) color of clothing you want to be printed, 2) number of colors you want printed, 3) number of locations you want printed and 4) number of pieces you will be ordering (minimum 24 pieces).
